Khao Chi Chan (Buddha Mountain)
The enormous Buddha image carved directly into the limestone cliff is the defining feature, with the figure outlined in gold against the natural rock face. Created in the late 1990s to commemorate the 50th anniversary of King Bhumibol Adulyadej's accession to the throne, the image follows a traditional Māravijaya Buddha posture and incorporates Thai Buddhist iconography on a monumental scale. The surrounding landscaped grounds provide a peaceful setting represents the Thai tradition of creating monumental Buddha images as expressions of faith, merit and reverence for Buddhism. The use of gold against the limestone creates a powerful visual symbol of the Buddha's presence and spiritual authority.

Wat Yansang Wararam
The extensive temple complex contains a remarkable collection of Thai and international Buddhist architecture, including the principal ubosot (ordination hall), chedi, pavilions and meditation structures set within carefully landscaped grounds. Visitors can observe different architectural styles reflecting Thailand's long Buddhist tradition, together with Buddha images, sacred monuments and decorative details associated with Theravada practice. The surrounding hills, gardens and quiet spaces contribute strongly to the temple's atmosphere of contemplation.

As a 1st Class Royal, the monastery has considerable religious and cultural importance in Thailand. It was established as a centre for Buddhist study, meditation and spiritual development and has strong associations with the Thai royal institution, particularly during the reign of King Bhumibol Adulyadej. Its combination of religious architecture, meditation spaces and international Buddhist influences makes it an especially valuable place for understanding the diversity and development of Thai Buddhist culture.

Viharn Sien
The complex presents an extensive collection of Chinese religious art and Buddhist sculpture, including statues of Chinese deities, Bodhisattvas, Buddhist figures, guardians and legendary figures. Visitors can see elaborately decorated buildings, stone sculptures, bronze images, murals, calligraphy and traditional Chinese architectural elements. The visual programme brings together Chinese Buddhist, Taoist and folk-religious traditions, reflecting the long cultural relationship between Chinese communities and Thai society.

The site is particularly significant for understanding Sino-Thai religious culture, where Buddhist practice has historically existed alongside Taoist and Chinese folk traditions. Known officially as Anek Kuson Sala, the complex was established as a centre for cultural exchange and was associated with royal patronage. Its collection demonstrates that Buddhism in Thailand is not culturally uniform: Chinese communities have maintained distinctive forms of devotional art and practice while becoming deeply integrated into the broader Thai Buddhist landscape.

Pattaya Floating Village
Traditional-style houses, wooden walkways, boats, floating structures, local handicrafts, food stalls and demonstrations of traditional livelihoods can be seen throughout the attraction. The presentation draws upon Thailand's historic relationship with waterways, where rivers and canals served as transportation routes, marketplaces and centres of community life. Visitors can also encounter Thai food, crafts, performances and cultural displays that present different aspects of the country's regional traditions.
